Starting November 15, 2021, as part of SAR Computing's goal to improve our customer's experience, we are pleased to announce the release of our new Ticketing system for all our customers.
Our goal is to have all of our customers on the same ticketing experience so we can innovate and improve our overall support experience. This is one of many steps moving forward in our larger customer portal experience vision.
What you need to do:
Nothing! From now on, you just need to visit our website and create a ticket with as much as information possible in order for our Tech Team to support you.
